Trans individuals are faced with inequality of law as they struggle to achieve the same rights, respect and recognition our society was founded upon.

In todays age we have come far down the road to human rights but some still face unequal landscapes in our world.
​
Its time to stand for trans individuals everywhere to show our society and our future that we fight for everyone.

Trans Representation
Growing up LGBTQ+ I found little representation of my people. Representation is important for people to understand who they are and what their future in our society might look like.
​
Trans individuals need more representation in education, media and on film to highlight their lives and struggles so that others may understand.
​
Without this representation, ignorance and ideology might make life more dangerous for Trans individuals.
​
Its time to highlight all the beautiful aspects of our people, this includes Trans individuals. Once we see the person, once we understand them fear will be replaced by hope. Its time to Hope again.
Trans In Media
We need Trans stories in the media and on television. We need to highlight their struggles and stories so that we may learn to sing their song and add it to the collective crescendo of our people.

We need trans writers, directors, actors, musicians, theologians, writers and camera people to ensure that the correct stories are being told.
​
As with everyone, representation matters. It allows us the knowledge to combat our fear and without representation in the media we will struggle to understand their stories and lives.
