Women today still face unequal employment and opportunities as they strive to build careers and march for equality and respect. Women of color face the most inequality as they are paid less, respected less and protected less. Its time to change this reality so that women everywhere can stand side by side with men as equals.

Together we will change the idea that women are anything less than extrodinary. They are our mothers, sisters, aunts, daughters and friends and no matter our color, gender, orientation, religion or identity, we march together.
