I am no expert but I was thinking that we can perhaps create artificial antibodies by tagging white blood cells to recognize and fight the virus that can be introduced into the body. This might also allow the body to naturally produce the cells moving forward. I was thinking that if the problem we face is that the body has never seen this viral pathogen that we create new antibodies that will. I'm not sure if you have thought about this yet but just wanted to share my ideas in the hopes it might one day help.
