I witnessed children sitting on porches waiting for men to arrive who would then enter the home with the toddler. I would witness visitations at all hours of the day and night at houses that were for sale. I witnessed men take children into garages and then screams were heard from that direction. I witnessed teenagers on bikes lead men into houses for apparent copulation. On one occasion I heard screams coming from a landscaping construction site and saw a construction member leave the house adjacent to the one they were working on. He had a visible erection and said she was screaming “OMG” and the other guys laughed and one said that his turn was next. There were a number of visitors that went in and out of the house next to the construction site and it appeared to be a human trafficking event. I noticed a number of similar incidents over multiple months and attempted to gain assistance for this city.

After the first few incidents and screams that I heard I reached out to the Calgary Police Service who immediately attacked my mental health. They failed to investigate any of my concerns and began to call me delusional for thinking there was a human trafficking ring. In June 2020 I was taken to the hospital for a mental health evaluation where the hospital called me delusional for thinking there was a human trafficking ring. It appeared that there main goal was to convince me that there were no human trafficking rings in this city. During my time in this hospital I witnessed abuse of the patients, I saw a nurse punch a fully tied down man in the nuts as well as indications of corruption in that hospital. While there they attempted to convince me to take sleeping pills as they offered sleeping pills to every patient each night. After many nights of not sleeping I took a sleeping pill and woke up the next day with evidence I had been sexually assaulted. There was further evidence of alleged sexual activity in that hospital during the late hours. I left the hospital and attempted to continue my fitness journey that I had started while in the hospital. I therefore began to go for walks around my neighborhood and began to notice more activity across other blocks including my neighbor playing with himself at a garage 5 blocks down where I believe someone was being sexually assaulted. He saw me and banged on the garage door and attempted to hide his erect penis while I walked by. Additionally on one occasion it appeared a girl was being raped in one of the houses that were for sale and attempted to contact the police. During this occasion I heard them pause the rape and they attended the balcony for a smoke. One said “Is she good enough to be your girl?” he responded “Nah” and then she said “Put her to work then”. In my mind this was another human trafficking event so I contacted police but they appeared to know the occupant. Two officers attended my residence a few days later and wanted me to go with them back into the hospital, I indicated that I was raped in the hospital and didn't want to go back. They indicated that they would take me to a different hospital. I gathered my belongings but they were called away and when I was ready they had left.

A few days later they rushed me when I was outside having a smoke and physically took me back to the hospital. It was the same cops who I had advised about my rape and once again indicated that I was raped at the hospital. The cop didn't care and when I mentioned I was raped at this hospital a third time he smiled at me put on a mask and walked me into the hospital. At the hospital I threatened to sue them and my level of care diminished. They began to make extreme notes about me when I would ask to use the washroom or ask for a drink. I was transferred upstairs to a different mental health ward and once again indicated that I was raped in this hospital and didn't want to be here and that I would sue them. I was then transferred to another hospital and confided in them about my rape and asked for a STD test, they then put on my chart “Delusions of Rape, STD ordered to build rapport”. I applied for my review panel and was advised that they do not help and that I had to organize the date and lawyer on my own. I organized everything and the review panel was scheduled. I attended the review panel and the doctor was upset visibly by the person he saw on the screen, as I suspect he was expecting someone else. They called me delusional for saying there was a human trafficking ring and they called me delusional for saying I was working on the coronavirus vaccine. I argued that I should never have been taken to hospital as I witnessed illegal activity in my neighborhood and provided emails proving my work on the vaccines. The review panel agreed with me and released me, the doctor was upset and shaking and said I was leaving AMA.

I got home to an eviction note on my door indicating that I was late for rent due to being in the hospital. The eviction proceeding relied on an email from my neighbor who indicated that after I began to call the police on them, she contacted my Initial property manager who diagnosed me with a condition. She then disseminated that false information to the remainder of my neighbors who then grouped together to destroy my life. My neighbors then told the police this false diagnosis and then the police told the hospital which proves discrimination and slander.

Every day after winning my review panel my neighbors called the police on me and even sent the police at the day and hour of my eviction proceedings hoping I would miss the eviction proceedings. This itself proves malice on part of my neighbors after I called the police on them. I attended my eviction proceedings and was given a time frame of a few days. On October 2nd I was talking with my lawyer about sending all evidence to the RCMP and they called the police saying I was talking about “Doomsday”. They called the police and while outside they rushed me, I had a panic attack and ran into my house, as I was in the doorway the cop pushed in with me and was in my house without a warrant. The nurse was coming down my stairs so I was trapped I stood at the door while he was assaulting me and then he punched me in the head causing my head to slam into the corner of the wall twice. He let me go, I turned and fell unconscious, I woke to a number of cops above me wanting me to stand but my head was reeling and I was out of it. To get me to stand they then used pain motivation to cause nerve damage by using pressure points. I then remember sitting with my hands behind my back and they wanted me to stand but as a bigger guy I usually use my hands to get up and wasn't able to in that position. Instead the cop grabbed me in a headlock and lifted me by my neck. When he did something in my back moved and snapped and my right leg went numb. I then remembered I was getting evicted and asked for my backpack that contained my most important belongings. The police took my belongings without a warrant including my electronics and I had to complain to get it back and many of my belongings were missing.

After I was standing and walking out the door the cops said something and I responded that he was a bad cop and he proceeded to try and break my thumbs while in handcuffs and complying. The pain was the most intense pain and I passed out again. I woke up to the cops laughing and standing over me saying “Better get a casket ready for this one”. Then the paramedics came, they tried to get me to say Id fallen but I kept saying they beat me up. They failed to check my vitals or provide any medical care on site. Instead of getting a stretcher, given I had just been rendered unconscious twice, they used pain motivation again and lifted me up by my neck a second time.

As we were walking I nearly passed out again and they joked that due to the cement I shouldn’t pass out here. Then at the ambulance I was made to walk up the stairs but due to my back and leg injuries I fell. They then used pain motivation a third time and threw me on the stretcher. They tied me down and injected me with something they said to lower my blood sugar. They then took me back to the same hospital I was raped at a third time, instead of taking me to the ER to review my numerous injuries they locked me in the police cells at the hospital for weeks without proper medical care.

While in custody my brain swelled and my speech, vision and balance degraded and they failed to help. I called the mental health advocacy and they then gave me a single hand xray despite multiple injuries. I asked for a brain scan and was advised that “Its too much radiation for someone your age”. After a week I was then transferred back to the same hospital I had just won my review panel at. I then threatened to sue the hospital and police as the police were there on the doctors orders.

I was then denied medical care for another week until I called the advocacy group, I was then given a head xray and advised multiple times that it was fine. I later found out I had a facial fracture and they failed to advise me this or provide care. While in the hospital, the hospital staff attacked my rape as a delusion, the human trafficking ring as a delusion, the police assault and injuries as a delusion and attempted to get their colleagues on board to assassinate my character. I was then provided a date and time and a lawyer for my new review panel despite being advised that I had to do it myself the first time I was there. I had my review panel and the police attended to use false grounds to keep me there and the lawyer failed to ask any questions to get me released and simply focused on the police assault on me. I then left the panel and talked to the nurse and I said that I hope I won and he said “Your fates already sealed”. I found out a hour later I had lost my review panel and they forced me on medication.

The first date I was given the pill it didn't have a wrapper and was threatened that they would “Tie me down and inject me forcibly if I didn't comply”. The next day the pill had the wrapper which indicated that it was hazardous medication. I then asked for the side effects which were terrifying, they also indicated that if you have gastrointestinal issues or a heart defect do not take this medication. I have both gastrointestinal issues as well as heart fluctuations. They gave me a 2 min EKG after multiple requests and the doctor said that he is “not concerned about side effects for you” and again threatened to forcibly inject me. The Doctor failed to discuss this medication or its side effects nor did he bother to check my medical history.

I met with another doctor who said my doctor wanted another opinion, I indicated that they would just side with the doctor so there wasnt a point to which she replied “Im going to agree with the doctor I just needed to speak with you”. Then since I was now homeless they wanted me to contact family to see if I could stay with them, I had everything lined up with my aunt and they said they needed to speak with her first. I indicated that they can confirm my residency there but nothing more. The doctor then proceeded to discuss my medical file with my family and after their lies all offers to help me evaporated. I signed no medical directive to allow them to discuss my file nor did they ask me to discuss my file with my family. Then I indicated that I would be leaving Calgary and once I showed them the plane ticket they washed their hands of me.

I went to another province to gain medical care and was diagnosed with post concussion syndrome. I left that province as there were many detractors and returned to my home city. Once here I attempted to gain medical care but the medical system in this province appears hostile to mental health. My initial doctor and nurses laughed at me about my chart and repeated “Delusion of rape” and then they laughed. The doctor came into the room and said that “I had issues” and had to find another doctor.

I found a new doctor but they appeared inept, initially I had asked them for a neurologist and speech therapist and he said he would facilitate it. He then ordered xrays about my back and diagnosed me with degenerative disks in my back and scoliosis which means my spine is now curved. He then forgot about those tests and had to read my file. He then read my old reports that talked about my facial fracture but they didn’t advise me of this when I was in the mental health ward, they simply advised me that I was fine. I then asked to get my AISH form filled out and instead of using the grounds he had seen me about he placed all the lies about the mental health reports that I vehemently disagree with. As such it appeared they wanted me to legitimize the mental health reports if I were to apply for AISH. My doctor then advised me to make a case for a brain injury, he needs to have a neurologist and speech therapist. I indicated that I had been asking for months for these and spoke to a manager.

I then decided to get a new doctor but as soon as he read the mental health aspect I was again stigmatized and discriminated against. I was feeling Ill on Nov 1 2021 so I attended a different hospital in the North. Instead of giving me proper medical care they sent me to a mental health room and attacked my mental health again. I went in there for a number of reasons and he only took an xray of my jaw as opposed to my main concern, a possible stroke. I indicated a number of times that I was feeling unwell the other day and my face went numb and started to droop on the left hand side. He didn’t treat this issue nor help and only released me after an exhaustive and illegal mental health interrogation.

I have been prevented from getting proper medical care in my opinion so they can save themselves from a lawsuit from the numerous violations of rights I was subjected to. I therefore need a full review of the mental health system in this province and an investigation into how many people have been sent to a facility for talking about human trafficking. I can indicate that when I was in the mental health ward there were a number of people talking about human trafficking.

I called the police about a human trafficking ring in my city, they called me delusional, ruined my name and since my assault due to a multi government task force dozens of human trafficking arrests have occurred since October 2020. I called the police for help and they ruined my name, directly caused my rape and further trauma by taking me back to that hospital, gave me brain damage where my balance, speech and vision are affected, made me homeless, destroyed my relationship with my family and destroyed my faith in the justice system, hospital system and the mental health system. I logged a complaint with the police and after they gave me brain damage they tried to lie and say I assaulted the nurse who was outside the entire time. There was just a police brutality documentary about the Calgary Police that indicates this is their practice and I have concerns they are continuing to set me up to save themselves a lawsuit.

There have been many reports of police brutality in this city, a person called them for help and was beaten and then charged with assault. A woman was body slammed on the booking room floor, a man in handcuffs was beaten so bad that he now has brain damage like me, along with numerous other examples of police brutality within this city. Furthermore, a prior CPS officer is suing the CPS as she claims there is a culture of sexual harassment and corruption within the CPS.

Given the level of corruption in this city its no wonder why so many human trafficking rings were left to fester in this city. This is a city of chains and I need the public's help to save this city and break every chain unlawful or immoral.

The police have barely begun to scratch the surface on the human trafficking occurring in this city, they have arrested multiple people in Calgary and ten in Lethbridge who were facilitating these rings but what of the rest?. What of the customers that used these rings? What about the influx of cash to this city last year? Where are the ringleaders? Why have the only arrests been from a multi govt effort?

These are questions that must be asked as this city is still under the grip of fear and intimidation, these groups use high level operations to hide their members and their clients and I feel that many are still operating within this city. As such, I ask you, the people, please help me save my city from slavery. Help me stop corruption and human trafficking so that each of us many know liberty and justice for all.
