Hey Everyone, I was reading a story that was discussing how Vietnam has been able to slow the spread of the virus and are looking at options for future economic recovery. I was thinking perhaps since Vietnam produces rice and coffee that you pivot your industries to increasing your food export capacity. Given that this crisis has caused a strain on world food security this will allow you to not only restart your economy but help feed the world. You can even add additional crops that are in demand to not only supplement local supply but international trade demand as well. Your small businesses and those seeking work can be hired to produce, manufacture, sell and then ship food deliveries to nations globally. This allows you to have the small business sector pivot to agriculture and trade so that while their business changes it remains stable and profitable. This will also allow you to grow extra food for those without jobs or those in need of food during this time. In addition, you can also create medical supply production to export to local and international medical centres to help increase the worlds supply of protective equipment. This way you can quickly restart the economy, ensure prosperity for your citizens and increase exports of food to help combat food insecurity worldwide. These along with other economic and social programs will help your people and nation thrive through this and any other crisis.
