I was thinking that you can work out agreements with customers and companies to start full fleet deliveries. Customers can call in with delivery needs and the driver purchases and delivers the order using full PPE procedures. Perhaps even looking into options with Grocery stores to receive orders at the back of the store to be delivered to customers. Online order systems and delivery infrastructures are overwhelmed at this time so your fleet can help bolster our delivery capacity. A customer emails or calls in a list and is advised the approximate price and provides alternatives in case of product scarcity. The order and list is emailed to the driver who picks it up and delivers the order to the front door and payment is taken. This uses your existing infrastructure in a new way to allow more people access to delivery. Perhaps you can also bolster cities that have had to shut down their transit system for appointments and deliveries as well to ensure everyone gets where they need and what they need.
