Hey everyone, I was reading about the global shipping crisis that's affecting supply lines. The story mentioned that due to a viral increase the lockdown its spurred has affected shipping. As such I am hopeful we can unite to find solutions to help. Firstly, we should send vaccinated workers to that area to help loading and unloading. While the vaccinated individuals work to alleviate the crisis we can start a massive vaccination effort in the region. Once vaccinated the workers can then join the temporary staff until the shipping crisis has abated. Additionally, the story talked about a backlog at ports. Perhaps we can look at at alternate shipping ports and temporarily repurpose them. Also we can leverage our cruise ship industry to help haul supplies to ports if we are in need. Finally, we should look into leveraging our airlines to temporarily haul supplies to airports to help alleviate congestion at ports. As such if we can come together to review these options and others in the Hope's of solving this crisis it would be greatly appreciated. Stay safe, stay sanitized and stay supportive, John Ames Birch @johneames2
