Hello Everyone, I was reading that some states, provinces, territories and nations are bidding against one another for PPE shipments. I understand that this is a trying time for everyone across the globe and the fear of the virus is causing panic in all levels of society. However, this is a time where we need to re-forge the bonds between us, both nation and nationals working together for the better health of all. I think that if you are in need then work together to help, if for an example two states are bidding for the same shipment then share it and work collectively to get more for your states and others that are in need at this time. This way we can ensure that both population centres are cared for and their leadership is working collectively together for everyone's benefit. I know times are tough and you are only trying to look out for people but across the globe we are one people, and we must stand side by side for all humankind. Perhaps we can start national analysis based on hospital need and coordinate not only the bids but the shipments as well. We should also be coordinating the manufacture of PPE across nations and continents to ensure we minimize any infection or loss of life moving forward. If all states, provinces and nations combine for a unified front for response, supply and personnel we will save one another. When we work together, nothing will stop us from saving each other.
