Hello I hope this email finds you well, I sent this email in relation to the NY crisis response but after further reading it appears that Paris is also in need of additional beds and spaces and perhaps the same options will work for your great city as well. Perhaps existing medical beds at Mental Health Institutions or secure facilities can be utilized to increase your medical capacity while more beds and temporary hospitals are built.
