Hey Everyone,
I was reading about how people are without power and experiencing flooding in certain areas in Ontario.
Given the current situation we need to ensure power for hospitals, clinics and research centres to ensure no loss of life. Perhaps we can ensure generators are provided to medical centres to keep the machines running. In an emergency situation you might be able to create a generator using a diesel engine.
Furthermore we might be able to have our armed forces in conjunction with our power companies clear rubble and restore local infrastructure to minimize viral transmission and ensure efficiency with minimal manpower.
The soldiers can use full PPE and safety equipment and ensure that power is restored immediately to the critical areas. Once power is restored soldiers can check local communities to ensure everyone is safe, healthy and supplied following strict social distancing and PPE requirements to prevent any bilateral transmission.
Stay Safe, Stay Sanitized and Stay Supportive,
