It talked about how the current Pandemic is only exasperated an already precarious situation. As I’ve spoken about prior in my writing there is a direct correlation between education and opportunities. In building the future of our society we look to craft the next generation through thought and speech. We build them by education into doctors, lawyers, scientists, engineers, artisans and business people. Education is a cornerstone of our world and is the tool by which we build our collective future. Each person, each contributor is important to the story of us and within “us” lies a greater future for humankind. Education cannot be unequal or it becomes unjust not only to the participants of the situation but to us all. Out there right now, locked in the mind of a stranger is a puzzle piece to our future. Without that one story, that mind, heart or soul we will never complete the masterpiece that is us. To solve an injustice such as inequality we must build a strong foundation for the next generation. This always starts with education. Within the mind of each one of us lies a gift. It is our duty to find our gift and teach it to the world. It is important that we see the potential in each of us for it speaks directly to the potential in all of us. We must rebuild our education system if need be. We need to ensure that each student within the walls of such a valued institution, knows only equality of opportunity. I propose that we take a closer look at education equality to ensure each of us can build it better. “You either create a world for everyone, or else you will end up in a world fit for no one”.
