Hey Everyone, I was reading a story about Ben and Jerry's and how the owners have taken a stand to end racism in all aspects of our society. It got me thinking about Ice cream in general and how its representative of the beauty of diversity and cooperation. The idea of beautiful components blending together to form something even more beautiful is magical. Think of the beauty of an ice cream shop and how there are a multitude of flavors and how each is varied but beautiful. How that ice cream, those opportunities, are made more by the diversity of flavor and idea. Think of how the experience would be diminished without all the beautiful choices or experiences. We too are similar, we are made better by one another. Each of us forming into a beautiful masterpiece, a crescendo of consciousness. As we work together, build together and stand together we reaffirm the worth we find in ourselves and one another as we choose each other. Like all things within this human experience we call life, diversity and equality allow for more beauty then we can imagine. Together we can create a world where racism no longer exists, a future where the next generation knows only equal opportunity for all.
