Hey Everyone,
I am writing to you today to discuss Celiac Disease, this is a condition wherein the body attacks the small intestine when you eat anything with Gluten. Over time this damages the lining of your intestines and stops the body from absorbing nutrients.
As such I am looking at ways to help resolve this disease and I started to think of a few options to explore.
Firstly, I was thinking that perhaps we can look into coating the intestine to ensure that it prohibits gluten from interacting with the body. In essence this would be like making the intestine superhydrophobic to gluten and therefore hopefully prevent an immune response.
Furthermore, perhaps we can look into options to help the body recognize gluten as safe. Perhaps we can look into options to temper the immune system and make it recognize gluten as authorized in the body. This way we can sneak gluten through the immune systems firewall and prevent its attack on the intestine.
Furthermore, there is still a lot that isn't known about this disease so we need to start crowdfunding initiatives to help diagnose the direct cause and find a cure. If anyone can help these organizations find a cure you will be helping people all over the world.
Stay Safe, Stay Sanitized and Stay Supportive,
