I was thinking that for nightclubs there are a few things we will need to do in order to reduce contact points and allow for a similar experience. This is of course up to our medical professionals and leaders to confirm opening dates and other considerations but when ready we should consider specific options. I was thinking that bars and clubs start with seating, I think you should make larger booths that incorporate a personal dance floor or create entire rooms for patrons to stay together in their "Social Bubble". The waitress would come room to room and deliver orders while the music is played throughout. They can dance on the personal side of the dance floor and there can even be a larger one if they want more space. However, this would reduce dancing in the main hall and still allow patrons the ability to dance together with their "Social Bubble". This way if one patron is ill its more confined to the room instead of all over the building. I would also have a bar specific chat system and date site so that patrons can login with their profiles and if they want to join the social circle then they can move to the room instead of everyone co-mingling in one place to create social bubbles. In future perhaps re-designing clubs to be more enclosed areas with private bathrooms, also I would add digital ordering through the same bar app so that waitresses can quickly get the orders and deliver to the room instead of people walking to and from the bar to keep everyone safer. You can have different themes and vibes to each wing of the bar and of course cameras and security on each floor to keep people safe. Payment can be taken digitally as well during ordering or they can purchase drink vouchers at the door to limit spending and overconsumption. Each location would be different but this would allow more room to be social while being as distant as possible. The rooms would also need to be sanitized after every group and as well overflow seating can be used on balconies or even patios depending on zoning.
