Subject: Armed Forces Response (Opinion)

Hello Everyone, first and foremost I want to thank you all for your service. The courage to stand and defend others is awe inspiring. I was thinking that given the military are masters at logistics among other things, perhaps you can be utilized to help with supporting the medical efforts by ensuring clean logistics as you have experts in biological contamination as well as medical and scientific backgrounds. Utilizing the Army, Navy and Airforce you can coordinate both local and national responses to ensure hospitals are supplied, food is delivered as well as communication efforts to ensure direct and national communication is provided to every state. Your experts are already skilled in biological contamination containment as well as clean logistics to transport supplies and personnel to where its needed while reducing or eliminating the risk of the virus spreading further. Existing channels for national communication and logistic efforts could also help in coordinating the world efforts for trade and medical manufacturing to effectively negate this crisis. Working and coordinating with the WHO, CDC, UN and civilian laboratories you could keep us supplied and interconnected while adhering to contamination protocols allowing for cleaner and faster responses to medical needs or supply shortages at home. Your existing infrastructure and training is built to defend against what we are currently facing so in my humble opinion you would be the perfect choice to support the medical efforts to ensure a speedy recovery for the nation, economy and health system. With your logistical and biological expertise we could reduce the spread of infection, time of the pandemic and support the economy and medical efforts globally and at home.
