Hey everyone, Human trafficking is modern day slavery. Each day thousands of men, women and children lay unlawfully enchained. Kept like property by evil people for money or monstrosity. We as a civilized society cannot allow slavery of any kind. Years ago we fought one another to free a beautiful people from tyranny and oppression. We marched, lobbied and waged war to ensure slavery was abolished. Despite those sacrifices, slavery was expanded to include anyone and everyone. Human trafficking rose to keep people enchained and generation after generation has been affected by it. Most people think human trafficking only occurs in poorer nations or those racked by conflict. While it does occur more frequently in these places it still occurs every single day in every city on the planet. It can happen to your coworkers, neighbors, friends and family. Human traffickers prey on those left alone or those most vulnerable amongst us. They use deception, fear, violence and intimidation to force men, women and children into servitude. I was not alive the first time our people tried to enchain other members of our species but I'll be damned if I allow it now. I will not allow it in my city, my country or my continent and it's up to each of us to stop it. We need to create a worldwide campaign to break every chain unlawful or immoral. We need commercials to educate the population on human trafficking, its prevalence and how to report it. We need to ensure human trafficking training for every single officer so they can identify it. We need local outreach programs and more support for victims and we need to pass tougher laws to make human trafficking cost prohibitive to the inhumane souls amongst us. Please I ask each one of you to spread the news about human trafficking and create campaigns to end it. We need a worldwide movement to break every chain unlawful or immoral. Please we need to break the chain that binds the human race to our inhumanity. Its time to end slavery once and for all to show our future we prefer liberty over tyranny. Human trafficking Tip line 18883737888. Stay safe, stay sanitized and stay supportive, John Ames Birch @johneames2
