The story talked about clashes between protesters and police, injuries on both sides and pending evictions of Palestinians in the area. We are one people. No matter the politic, sides, religion, gender or beautiful shade. Both sides of this conflict have suffered greatly throughout with no side winning. It's time to put away fear and hatred and look towards our common ground. This land belongs to both sides and both sides will need to compromise. This is not a situation where one will be crowned victor, both sides will lose. As I see today both sides have been loosing the entirety of this conflict as good men, women and children die to generations of inherited hate. The Israeli people are a beautiful people who are better than brute force, subjugation or violence. This land also belongs to Palestine and each act of hate only diminishes your faith. Your people have lived through untold horrors over the years from biblical times to the holocaust. These atrocities that you suffered were born from fear and misunderstandings. This same fear now causing atrocities on both sides of your conflict. Your people have been through so much pain and revisiting this pain on Palestine will never bring you peace only more conflict. Your too beautiful of a people to allow your fear to infect your happiness like it does today. Please I ask in the name of God to seek peace and cooperation. To Palestine I ask that you look past fear or violence to bring a lasting peace between your two great peoples. You too have suffered much over your history far more then you should ever had to face. Violence begets violence and never brings peace. No matter the side, no matter how right you may feel violence will destroy every possibility of happiness for your beautiful nation. I ask humbly that you look to the beauty within each of your hearts and stand as one. Stand as one not through violence but through change. Peacefully March, lobby and litigate with the UN to create your nation and solidify its standing but do so in peace. Peace and non violence will see that day rise but violence will not. For years I have watched your conflict with baited breath as my heart bled for each soul taken by hate. Too many good people taken from us by anothers hate. This is the enemy of all the human race, hate and fear. We are better than violence or vitriol, we are more than a singular voice but a chorus and we must learn to sing as one. Conflict will see both sides destroyed and I wish for your beautiful peoples to thrive. I see a future where your new nation, a nation of Isreal and Palestine stands as champions to the world. Nations of peace leading the world to a new day where we are no longer victims of violence but paragons of peace. I know it will not be easy to look at the opposing side to see opportunities but it will be worth it. Looking to one another not with fear but with hope. I ask that you work together to share the land equally not evict Palestinians from their homes. I ask that you build together, dream together and hope together to show the world that peace is possible. I love you all, walk with God, walk in peace.
